Walnut Chocolate brownie

#Introduction:-

Origin of the brownie is United State at the end of 19th century. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Brownies often, but not always have a glossy on top( upper crust). They may also include nuts, frosting, chocolate chips & many more depends on recipes. This is the recipe of  fudgy walnut chocolate brownie.

 

#Recipe 

Brown Sugar :- 310gm

Caster Sugar:- 360gm

Butter :- 340gm

Eggs:- 300gm

melted Dark chocolate :- 180gm

Flour:- 340gm

Cocoa powder:- 50gm

Walnuts :- 230gm

#Method:-

Step1:- At first scale all the ingredients correctly . start mixing room tempreture butter with brown sugar & caster sugar.

Step2:- when  sugar & butter combin well. start adding your eggs one by one which process also known as creaming method.

Step3:- after compliting creaming method, add melted dark chocolate into the mixer.

Step4:- mix dry ingredients after that ( flour, cocoa powder).

step5:- add walnuts into it  & mix .

Step6:- pour the brownie mixer into the baking tray & baked it into the pre-heated oven 175*c for 25-30mins.

Step7:- give rest over night into the refrigerator. next day cut into desirable portion & microwave it for 15 to 20 seconds. do the plating & serve with vanilla ice cream.
